DISSATISFACTION WITH COMPANY DEALER SERVICE

Santanu Mondal From Durgapur want to inform you that i purchase a bike Honda CD Shine, 125 CC grey colour, Engine no-JC36E-2457662, chassis no:-ME4JC36CHB8298472 from your dealer Durgapur Honda (a unit of neogi auto pvt ltd) showroom on 12/09.But i am highly dissatisfied because they are not providing me new tube as it was getting damaged inner side on 14/09 & informed at Durgapur showroom on that date.but they advised to show it by MRF dealer (BANERJEE TRADERS, BENACHITY, DURGAPUR MO:-9474646912) on 19/09.As mrf was received it on 19/09 but returned it without repairing or changing on 09/11.They asking for money for that.self and kick start at cold condition problem was introduced after first servicing also.

I am highly dissatisfied to the dealer service and also suggest my friends to not a purchase Honda Bike in future.
