HONDA CITY GXI (2005)
Cheating and fraud

I purchased Honda city GXI model 2005 having registration No –DL4CAB4324 on dated 15.2.2010 Mr. Harpreet Singh (Ring Road Honda branch) told me that the above said car is non – accidental and also promised that the said car will be delivered mechanically fit, including service, denting - painting, dry cleaning, rubbing and polishing, for which they charged Rs.30000 additional from me.

However, when the car was delivered it was found to be having the following faults (it was verified at prime Honda):

• Accidental car

• Broken condenser

• Broken Glass

• Hard clutch

• Heating of car

• Non serviced ca
