I booked Honda Jazz base model on 20/01 in Honda Merit SPL Motor Pvt Ltd Rohtak with a booking amount of Rs. 50000.
I deposited Rs 10000 in cash and later Rs 40000 transferred in their Bank Account. Booking person written Jazz SMT on my booking receipt. Before booking I explored the car on on Carwale.com where base model known as "S". I understood SMT as Base model ("S" with Manual Transmission (MT). Mean while every time when i was asking about my delivery status from GUNEET DINGRA on contact number 8607777210, I always added the word Base model. Now after two months Mr Guneet Told that you have booked Select model. He told us that SMT means Select. When we told him that we booked this with base model how the booking person can booked the SELECT Model. He told that he cannot do any thing and can deliver only SELECT Model.
I had the booking (HONDA JAZZ BASE MODEL) with Sunshine Honda Jaipur. I made cancellation of my booking on 13/03, when Mr Guneet confirmed me that Honda Merit SPL Motor Pvt Ltd Rohtak will deliver the car in April first week (same time Sunshine Honda jaipur was delivering). NOw Mr Guneet asked that we have to take select model and there is no solution.
Due to Honda Merit SPL Motor Pvt Ltd employee mistake car is not with me and it is very worst service providing.
