Problem in free service
i have purchased a Honda Twister on Jan 3 at Smart honda Enterprise, Auto Mkt Hisar. There is a complaint in front shokker from the second month of the purchase. They told that it will be rectified in the second service, This is my fourth free service, till now they are unable to solve this issue. I am not happy with the customer service of them. Response is very very poor from the showroom. I have never expected such a response from company like Honda. I lost my hope totally.
