Negligence of Managers & Employees

Dear Sir,

I am the unfortunate buyer of Honda Activa which i purchased from VD Honda, a showroom situated at Dwarka Sector - 7 on 23rd May.

I purcahsed the vehicle for my father partly in cash and partly by credit card, the person responsible for billing takes the cash of Rs. 15000 swap the card for balance payment or ((Rs. 33974)) from my HDFC Bank Gold Credit Card. However, after swapping the card he admits that card declines payment.thereafter my brother gives the payment by his CITI Bank credit card.

About 3-4 days, when i see my bank statement, to my surprise that amount is reflected in my HDFC Bank statement as well as in my brother`s Citi bank Statements.

- 1) Now, My HDFC bankers charged Overcharged limit to me.

- 2) ADC charged i.e. 2% extra charged by VD Honda on My HDFC Card as well as on My Brother CITI Bank Card.

-3) Manager of the showroom didnot contacted/ informed me any since the isuue arise.

-4) i am bearing appx. Rs.1300 as bank charges & other charges due to the mistake or negligence of VD Honda Management.

Sir, one Cannot suffer a single penny which is earned by so much of Hardship beacuse of folly of others.

You are requested to please take this matter on priority and take the necessary action to refund the amount to me.
