Everytime I had faced problem to get my gas refill from this HP Gas agency (Amrapalli HP Gas - Chinchwad, Pune-411033, MH
). They send SMS saying that your GAS Cylinder has been delivered without actaul delivery. Almost after 2month they delivered my gas cylinder after so many phone calls and one time visit to their office. They cut the phone and there are no place to raise the complaint for the resolutions. Their delivery man also take extra money (Rs40/) while deliverying the gas cylider.
My last gas book is done on the month of April, booking no201459, my consumer no is 647464 but still now they have not delivered the gas cylinder although I have received SMS on 2nd May saying that your gas refill will be delivered in next 48 hours time..COMPLETELY HOPELESS as I am calling them daily but help. Kindly take necessary actions to deliver my gas refill quickly. Thank you.
