Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 12.10.2011 but till today 01.11.2011 not delivered. My consumer no: is 627509 and the agency is Ideal Enterprises, Hosur road, Checkpost, Bangalore.560034

Whenever I make a call I get the answer is that gas will be deliverd either today or tomarrow. Even I made personel visit to them. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regularly happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 517690.
