Non delivery of gas cylinde

Dear sir/madam

I booked gas for home delivery on 19.11.09 but till today 02.12.2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, she says tomorrow must be delivered. and from 1 week der phone is like engaging we dont know wat happend. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service with HP.
