No gas even after 10 days of booking

Irresponsible management of HP vendors

Team,

My consumer number for HP gas is :594344

My booking number is 328088.

Which i booked on 3rd January and today is 12th.9 days and still no response.

Despite talking to paschim gas agency manager Nitin i have not received gas even after his promise. This is completely unacceptable that i am gas less and no one is bothered about it. I am your customer at least respect your business. I don't think i need to explain importance of gas in family. Though this is not my first complaint. This has become my routine. I book gas and after 10 days file a complaint then u get response if you are lucky enough.

My complaint number for last month was 10032466.

and response that i got from this service was:

Your booking is of 3.12.2010 delivered on 13.12.2010 as per record and the connection is in the name of Ramesh Chander.

Is this enough?

will i get my home food cooked with this response.

Please try to understand my dilemma and help me out from your great service provider vendor.

Though i want to speak with someone in HP.

I ensure i will talk to you soon and not just send you written letters.

I hope concerned authority will look into the matter.
