I am a registered domestic gas customer at Dasmesh Gas Agency, Sion, Mumbai. I have registered for refill of cylinder on 28-10 but as if today (01-Nov), I have not received gas cylinder. However, the cylinders are provided to customers with some extra amount to delivery boys. In fact, some of the people told me that this is sponsored by agency only. They deliberately delay the delivery to extract money from customers.
