No delivery of gas cylinde

I am very disappointed with the response of complaints and the delivery...

It has been a month that they are not providing the gas cylinderafter many calls and even after going on their stores... so do reply that after when are we going to get the cylinder.as we are facing problem at our home... where do we can complain so that the delivery can be done on time...
