I have domestic Gas connection no. 514319 in the name of D.R. Kathurias with H P Gas at Shivalik gas Co, Barewal road, Ludhiana 141001 punjab India. It has become almost IMPOSSIBLE to book a gas on phone with this agency. They dont answer phone calls at all. Being a working woman I have no time to run around to book a cylinder and then to get one. I am fed up with the careless attitude of the staff of this agency.
Now after booking which has done about 25 days earlier i am not able to receive the gas cylinder.
this amounts to sheer harassment of the consumer.
Will someone please look into this immediately.
