I am Mona talreja d/o shri nandlal talreja residing at flat no G-1, 283 gaurav appartment, behind redrose school, E-8 arera colony, trilanga Bhopal (m.p), I have a Gas connection with HP GAS, my Consumer No. Is 627649. we were shifted from Indore to Bhopal on 28th of February that time we contact our Indore dealer of HP gas agency named Manglia kitchen service, Indore, Phone: 91-731-2553105, 2570020 and request them to transfer our connection to Bhopal, they full fill all formalities and deposit cylinder and all equipment they demand with us and after all formalities they generate required codes helping to get connection in Bhopal Hp agency office, when we reach Bhopal and contact m/s Nainika Enterprises, Shop No. 3, Dhannwantari Complex, E-7 Arera Colony, Bhopal ;Phone: 91-755-2460096 and applied documents to get connection on behalf of transfer case. Now till that day we are totally fed up and have a lots of problem with that dealer, dealer always give us excuses for not supporting of software and they told that tv no is not saved in his computer system that's why they are unable to gave cylinder and connection on my Bhopal address, they rudely behave with us and not interested to co-operate in our problem, they insist us to contact with higher authorities with your own problem, when we contact Bhopal area sales manager Mr rakesh maheshwari and let him introduce with all circumstances and problems facing by us he also didn't support to get solution, so and no one is responding properly at their office. This is not at first time. Every occasion I have faced this problem, Situation is really pathetic, unable to understand what to do with such sort of services,
