Non delivery of gas after booking

Sir We are HP gas consumer, consumer No. is 647142,

our Distributor is SECUNDERABAD GAS Co., Safliguda, Secunderabad.

I requested & shifted on 31-12 to give me gas. from 5-01 I'm calling regularly to obtain gas they are not responding they are telling that they delivered gas cylinder up 3-01. But I did not received gas by today 13-01
