NON DELIVARY OF GAS AFTER BOOKING

I booked gas for home delivery on02.01.2010 but till today 28.01.2010 not deliver. And I got so many sms from their customer center my HP gas refill is allredy delivered wide cash memo number. 122537 on 19.01.2010 -Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered but till today 28.01.2010 not deliver I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with
