Not giving connection

Hi i am krishna whose belongs to vill: sanyasi putuga, mon: kaviti, srikakulam dist.. iam having indane gas previous but to delivery problem i tranfered ichapuram to sompeta. before transfer i called up to sompet hp gas agengy (SAI VANKET), they i can tranfer the gas. but now they are saying area we cannot give... due to wrong information i tranfered. so pleas ehelp us
