Still i did not get cylinde

I am amar lata from punjab district patiala my consumer number is 615318

i want to tell you that i booked cylinder one month before by telephone in gas agency office. and i did a lot of phone in gas agency but they are not giving me cylinder and misbehave with me. i fed up greatly from service of hp agaency of our city . in my home there is no extra cylinder to cook food .tell me sir /madam what should i do?
