Sir,

I have Gas connection (connection no 602394) with Ms Siv Shanti Gas Agency, Dnanakawdi Pune 43. I booked for gas cellender vide no. 977 dated 5 apr. According to your rules the gas dealer should deliver within 7 days. today is 19 Apr and we still not received it. When we are enquiring on agency's contact no.020-24378060, 020-24364960, They are not giving proper replies.

It is requested kindly to take cognisance of our complaint.
