TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

I am sorry to inform that people located at HPGas Service Station, Nallasopara (West) are really very disastrous. They are not ready to hold for a minute for either to listen to the complaint or anything else.

I am working woman, My Name is Sarika Shridhar Kasare, am trying since morning today to speak to the concerned person because I have been informed there is leakage in the gas at my residence. I myself noticed it in the morning & switched it off.

But your people are just disconnecting or else keeping it busy by keeping the instrument aside.
