i am customer of hp gas since long time, when i was staying at hyderabad i getting cylinders within a stipulated period.recently i was shifted to nellore and i transfered the connection.in nellore m/s.subha agenceis is the dealer for hp gas.in last month i was received a cylinder on 12.10.10 with a delay of 15 days
again today i booked a cylinder after period of 25 days, local agency people telling to wait another 20 days, that means in a year i will get max 6 times.
And moreover they are not responding properly and always they will say manager is out of office and there is no email id for them. How we will survive without gas for 15 to days.
I requesting you kindly take this matter to concerned people and cooperate with us
