Non delivery of H P gas

I booked gas for home delivery on 26-11-10 but till now not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative he says tomorrow must be deliver. Before this i booked my gas on 28-5-10.But they did not delivered. Last delivery was on11-03-10.My consumer connection NO.-9125 from NAV JEEVAN JYOTI H P G
