Booking cylinder not deliver till date

Dear Sir,

My Name is Bhageshwari Devi resi V 4 telecom collony Vivek Vihar Delhi 95. I am H P gas consumer no 618598 of SHAWNEY GAS AGENCY NO 22501615. I Booked my cylinder on 12/01 booking no is 491290 12/1 but this booked cylinder not delivered till date by gas agency dealer.

Kindly take the action on dealer and deliver my gas cylinder on priority basis.
