Not providing the facility of distant booking

Sir

My consumer no. is 600906. I am a Governmental servant and busy in the working days even in Sunday complies the family formalities. In Hapur your Gas distributer not provide the facility of phone or post card booking properly, not picking the phone after several efforts gives the frustration and delay the next delivery which is mostly provide 15 days after the booking.

you are requested to give the direction to improve the system of gas booking to facilitate the consumer.
