I am registered with an agency in Ellenabad named R&D.C.C.S.LT
[ consumer no.111245 ].On 17 th june @ 9.30 A.M. I booked for a refill
cylinder and the number given was 44. On Tuesday 22 nd june i inquired when I
would receive the cylinder I was told tomorrow i.e. Wednesday 23 rd I accordingly
applied for leave to stay at home and receive the cylinder. On Wednesday morning at
abt 8.30 a.m. I again contacted the agency for the confirmation and I was assured
that I would receive the cylinder today. At about 13.30 hrs again I phoned and I was
again assured that my cylinder has been sent for delivery and I will receive it
today. At about 16.30 on approaching again I was once again assured. BUT ALAS THE
CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. Sir, what type of service is this? A consumer has to
stay AT HOME TAKE LEAVE JUST TO WAIT FOR THE CYLINDER AND THEN INSPITE OF ASSURANCES
IT IS NOT DELIVERED . What action you propose to take on such service? Your
IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WILL BE APPRECIATED.Again I or my wife will have to tay at hom on
