I HAVE A GAS LEAKAGE AT THE REGULATOR POINT OF HP GAS & TO FILE A COMPLAINT CONTACTED MY SERVICE DEALER M/S-TAP TRISHA ON THEIR LAND LINE NO (033-25120759/25132241/25126942) SEVERAL TIMES, BUT NO RESPONSE AS CALL IVR SAYS "NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT".
THEN CONTACTED 03 EMERGENCY NUMBERS (9051798001/9051798017/9051798013), ONE IS SWITCHED OFF & ON OTHER TWO THEY RESPONED THAT THEY CAN'T ATTEND AS THIS IS NOT THEIR SERVICE PERIOD OF TIME & NOT SERVICE AREA.
UNFORTUNATE TO WRITE THAT SUCH A REPUTED GAS AGENCY CAN'T PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE LIKE GAS LEAKAGE WHICH CAN LEAD TO FIRE ACCIDENTS.
NOT LEARNT EVEN FROM THE RECENT FIRE ACCIDENT AT AMRI HOSPITAL ALSO.
