Non delivery of HP GAS Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I have booked refill for consumer no -605446, dated - 30.11.11 through IVR vide booking No-240103. but still i am waiting for the refill cylinder to receive.

It is very difficult for us without refill. I hope u can understand the problem.

Kindly do the needful & give instructions for immediate delivery of refill at our address # 3168-a, sec-29-d, tribune colony, chandigarh.
