I booked gas for home delivery one month ago, but till today 27.12.2011 Gas Cylinder is not deliver. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. I am using online booking service and i went to local delivery office (thrissur) they are telling that your software is blocked so we can't provide a cylinder for you. There is a no gas cylinder for my regular use
