Non Delivery of cylinde

My consumer No.639441, And Agency is ASU in Kandiwali (W), Mumbai-67.

I have booked the gas cylinder on 18th may and 27th may. I have not received the cylinder till the time of writing. I am working person and my weekly off is on Monday. for information to three Monday's have been waiting for the cylinder but i it has not been delivered. I contacted ASU Agency, but they say! they have not received any booking order in my name.

I shall be obliged if the cylinder is delivered to me on the coming Monday i.e 11th June.
