MESSAGE 2:- REF: HP GAS BOOKING NO.284995 YOUR REFILL WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN NEXT 48 HRS. CASH MEMO NO.194821 CASH MEMO DATE 09 MAY.TIME: 7.52.41 AM

I HAVE GOT THE GAS DELIVERY MESSAGE ON 9th MAY. BUT THE GAS WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. ON 12th MAY I CALLED GAS AGENCY OFFICE AND TOLD ABOUT THE NON DELIVERY OF GAS. AND THE THEY REPLIED THAT IF I BRING THE GAS TO AGENCY IN AUTORIKSHAW, THEY WILL GIVE THE GAS. AND I TOOK THE GAS TO GAS AGENCY IN AUTORIKSHAW NO. KL 14 G 4866, DRIVER HANEEFA. I WAITED THRER FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR, AND AFTER THAT. THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS NO GAS FOR YOU. I HAVE TO GIVE 150 RS AS RENT TO AUTO WAITING CHARGE.
DUE TO NON-DELIVERY OF GAS I HAD TO CANCEL THE FIXED PARTY IN MY HOME. DUE TO THIS I GOT INSULTED INFRONT OF MY GUESTS. SO I HUMBLY REQUST YOU TO TAKE ACTION FOR THIS AS SOO AS POSSIBLE.
