HP Gas Cylinder reffil
Non Delivery of GAS Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I am holding Gas connection of HP from Ratna Gas Agency. My consumer no. is 621356 and Dealer is Ratna Gas Agency, HMT hills colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

I have less usage of Gas due to which I book gas once in a 4 or 5 months. Last time I have booked Gas on 09.03.2010.

Recently I have booked Gas on 09.08.2010 as expressed the urgency to the dealer that it should be delivered within 3 days as there is no alternate at home. till today I did not receive the gas at my home and I need to get the food from outside for my family and kids.

Please treat it urgent and deliver the gas on today itself without fail.
