Gas Cylinder Not Delievered
Dear Sir,
I Mr. M Nageswar Rao want to register a complaint against HP GAS that I had booked a 14.2 kg gas cylinder on 02.04.2012 by phone which was registered on my sister's name (M Rukumani, Consumer No. 632481) but it was not delivered to my sister home on time. Now the date is 17.04.2012 but still they have not delivered it to me. I had called them several times but they are not picking the phone up. Then I decided to go to their station personally on 17.04.2012 and asked them why they are not deliver the cylinder, They talked roughly. Again they are telling that another 15 days it will take. But when i booked they told that i will get it with in maximum 15 days. My sister is facing much difficulty for cooking food by stove and wood.
