Late Delivery more than 40days

Dear sir,

I have connection from HP agency, Ambala City. Its phone no. is 01712556882. But no will picked the phone at this no.

I have booked for cylender at 31st Jan.

But still I have not got any cylinder from agency. it is more than 15days as agency says that they will deliver cylinder after 15days by booking.

But it is more than 20days.

I have got my last delivery on 10th jan. after 15days I go to book the cylinder. And after 15days they will deliver Total gap days 30days.

How one can bear all these.
