HP LPG GAS Cylinder
Complain on hp lpg gas dealer due to asking more money on price

I have bought HP lpg gas (domestic) cylender.but the actual cost of cyilnder is RS.1875.But the dealer is asking 4500.i refused to pay that. But dealer din't give the connectin till i pay 4500 rs.i have paid that.my complaint is why shold i pay that much mony.please take an action against them.
