Double transaction on credit card and company denying

I went to fill up my car on (Suraj auto) NH-8 Sec 15 II gurgaon and attentdent swipe my card which lead to failure and again swiped so double transaction and after statement got generated showing two transaction and suraj auto is denying that they have only one in their record.
