I DISPATCHED A DOCUMENT via SPEED POST TO DELL INDIA PVT LIMITED ON 10TH OCTOBER ON 14TH OCT WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE RECIEVING ABOUT THE DD THEY SAID THEY HAVENOT RECIEVD THE DD TILL DATE.

INDIAN POSTAL SERVICEl SPEED POST PROMISES TO DELIVER THE DOCUMENT IN 2-3 DAYS AND THIS IS ABOUT THE 5TH DAY ON WHICH THEY HAVENOT RECIEVED THE DOCUMENT.

WHO TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY IF THIS DELAY AND WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR MY LOSS DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME.

CAN WE STILL SAY SPEED POST IS FAST BECAUSE ITS TAKING THE TIME OF NORMAL POST TO DELIVER THE DOCUMENT TO DESTINATION.

IS THERE ANY ADVANTAGE OF PAYING MORE COST IN SPEED POST EVEN IF THE PURPOSE IS NOT FULFILLED.
