I had purchased an Alto Lx Car from Indus Motors, Kayamkulam on 18-09. At that time there was an offer called “Dilsay” According to their requirement I had given a NRI DD of Rs. 50000.00 on 08-09 with cash 211700.00. They said the dilsay amount of Rs. 3000.00 will be send to the purchaser after clearing the DD. On 18-09 I had settled the account at the showroom as follows.

My Complaint: Many time I approached the showroom for Dilsay amount I did not get the same, even today. They said many answers at many time finally said Mr. Moncey Mathew did not give the money to the showroom and he is not the staff there, and closed the account with the dilsay amount. My question is why did they close the file without the consent of the purchaser? This is clearly a kind of CHEATTING. The INDUS MOTORS staff’s game play and cheating the purchaser by giving many false offer and keep the status of NO.1 seller of Maruti.
Kindly take necessary action to get this amount.
