My car met with an accident on 28-10. The car was bought on May 28th. Just 3 months back at SURYABALA Hyundai., Coimbatore. Since the accident took place near Salem., We sent it to RAMANI Hyundai 20kms from the spot. We have been insured by BAJAJ Allianz. Since RAMANI Hyundai has Links with some other insurance., they are rejecting to do a cashless service. Even though the insurance people are guaranteeing to pay them RAMANI Hyundai is not taking it up. 26 days up today & still Ramani Hyundai has not given NAC to the insurance company. Mrs Latha frm Chennai Hyundai - Service Support has talked with Ramani Hyundai & made arrangements for cashless. First they agreed now after work is done they r hesitating Wat will i do in this situation. Please advice me. -
