I wanted to talk to the VP of Hyson Motors for supporting me to request for a replacement for my damaged Safari VX which is only 11, 000km old as the vehicle has Tata Motors Authorized Insurance from ICICI Lombard. The repair cost is assessed to be 4.2 Lakhs.
I am ready to pay 75, 000 additional for the new vehicle. I wanted the VP of Hyson Motors to support my case to Tata Motors as I am the owner of their costliest vehicle (12.75Lakhs on Road)
After 3 days of deliberation to merely get an appointment, the Adminstration Manager Mr Radhakrishnan answers my call in the most arrogant way telling me, " We are not interested in talking to you". If a Safari VX owner is humiliated so badly, then what would be the condition of a normal, Indica, Indigo customer.
I want to know whether Tata Motors also feels the same.
