Dear all i am ganapathy sudhan my contact no 8939938886

i bought santro from hyundai in chennai on septemeber 2010. when i gave my car for 2nd service to hyundai showroom, i found letter H from hyundai label was missing on the back side of the car.. i explained officials about missing letter due to inferior quality..but they argued with me that it might have been removed somebody intentionally.. just for the matter of Rs.400 they argued as if i made amistake...

i was totally unhappy the way they respond as i bought this car 3.65lakhs and trying to argue for Rs.400

i want them to replace this missing letter as i hardly take the car out of my garage.

please do the needful
