Dear executive

I have been using my Hyundai car for over 10 years now. SANTRO DL 8C F0317

I took my car to a nearby Hyundai dealer BLISS CAR CARE [email protected] phone no 8800 422 221 Situated on Sohna road Gurgaon 122 018 yesterday

They said they have to replace a pulley and bearings; agreed to change the parts; i am asked to pay about Rs. 9000

today morning on 24th July i went to pay the amount and take the car; i am told the pulley was replaced but not the bearings; they have put the old bearings and wanted me to pay Rs. 9000

i refused to pay since they are supposed to replace everything and since noise is still coming i came back and reported to Hyundai customer care (1800114645 tel no.)

i am shocked to learn that no such

authorised service centre exists

they have not given permission to the above dealer to start Hundai centre

the dealer is using HYUNDAI emblem, sign boards, name plates, printed job cards and every emblem of Hyundai prominently displayed all over the place

i saw some 20 cars being serviced by him

Will you kindly arrest this kind of cheating happening right under the nose of HYUNDAI; the company cannot simply allow such nonsense happening and say that they are unconcerned about what is happening illegally
