Dear Sir,

Pls note that Ihave purchased a new i-10 car fro STARLINE - SATNA (M.P.) at dtd 07.07.2009.At the time of purchasing there was a scheme of EXCHANGE-BONUS given by Hyundai, that is if you have sold your old car to any body and submit the old RC & new RC to the dealer than Hyundai will pay Rs 10000/- of EXCHANGE bonus after verifying the document.

After 2 - 3 months when I asked to the dealer about my claim he said he sent all the papers to HQ of Hyundai, after a long effort and e-mailing my all papers to Hyundai HQ, I came to know that at dealer end there is a system known as GDMS system which is working within Hyundai dealers and HQ, not entered my details at the time of

purchasing.

Now Hyundai HQ is not taking responsibility to resolve the problem they said this is the mistake at the dealer end.

After discussion with dealer they accepted their mistake but not resolving the issue by giving the amount.

Pls.suggest how I proceed.
