NON RECEIVAL OF EXCHANGE BONUS AND REFERRAL BENEFITS

I have received the Mail from HMIL regarding the Exchange Bonus in which Poddar Hyundai, Gaya said that I have received the Exchange Bonus. But this is absolutely FALSE. The Scanned Form is the Booking Form for applying Exchange Bonus & not the receipt for my Bonus.

In the above form, it is not mentioned about the payment details, i.e., the payment date, mode of payment that is either by cheque or cash.

So, please send me the details of payment soon.

The Behaviour of M/S Poddar Hyundai, Gaya through which I have bought i10 Sportz has been of a Fraud since beginning. Firstly, he didn't gave the referral benefits to the person in whose reference I bought the car. Secondly, in my presence my friend bought an i10 but then also they refused to give me the benefit instead of the approval of the customer (MR. MANOJ KUMAR SINGH) that he bought the car on my referral.

I have complained about the matter many times but no actions have been taken till now by Hyundai Motor India Limited. It seems that not only the dealer is involved but the company too is involved in this conspiracy with me & several other customers.

It's the cause of the Company's support that today. Mr. Anurag Poddar, Director, M/S PODDAR HYUNDAI, GAYA is cheating and forgering customers.

This is now upon HMIL that how will it treat its Fraud Dealers like M/S PODDAR HYUNDAI, GAYA.

NOTE: THE ISSUE IS NOW IN THE COURT.
