Dear Mr. Akshay,
I'm also owner of I20 since Sept. I do agree with your complaints, as the similar problem I'm facing from the day of purchase, if the informality of problem is their amongst the all customers then Hyundai has to provide us the best and proper solution otherwise they have to call back all the defective I20 cars and replace. I think Mr. Akshay, Hyundai has to take some serious action against it otherwise we have to think for some serious action against Hyundai. I think we have to give one more chance to Hyundai to resolve the problem and if it will remain unsolved then we have to initiate some strong legal action against it.
