I got my new Hyundai I20 car serviced for the first time and has been going through a lot of difficulties. My car went to the Deep Hyundai, Peeragarhi service station in an excellent condition; however I got it back with a lot of faults. The car was not getting started the very next day of service. I contacted the service station and the mechanic told that one of the engine parts got damaged due to faulty service and some part needs to be replaced. They towed away the car and it’s been more than one week and I’m still waiting for my car to be returned. The service station guys are giving unacceptable excuses and the car is lying there in the same condition for a week.
I had lodged a complaint in their customer care center and been provided with the complaint no. 1-42095460, still no resolution of my problem.
This is the worst customer experience I ever had and want a strict action to be taken against the organization.
