Our G3 Laser equipment, which was imported from UK was unloaded in Chennai. Chennai office has send it to Kolkata which the blue dart is supposed to deliver to us in Cuttack.
We have been calling Kolkata office several times. No correct information is available to us. Niether they send us any fax nor any message. Everytime we call we have different people answering us, asking the same question, may I help you? And sorry for the inconvenience.
