Dear Sir,

This is with reference to break down Clutch Plate due to which my car Getz Prime was not at all in running condition. I Called the service center and next day the Pick up vehicle arrived and took my vehicle to the service center (around 3KM distance).

What disappointed me after repairing the car is the charges of picking up my vehicle was beyond my expectation. They charged Rs. 1500.00 for picking my car for a distance of 3KM. Please suggest what do i need to do so that the same happend to other consumer as well as myself.
