Exchange Bonus and corporate bonus not received

I have purchased Hyundai i10 car in June from Orion motors Hisar-Haryana. I was offered 15000 exchange bonus and 4000 corporate discount. Till date I have not received this amount. I have registered my complaint with customer care Hyundai as well and following up. But complaint is still not resolved.
