I am owning a Santro xing since Nov Got all my car service done through one dealer i.e HimGiri, Wazirpur.
I must be among the loyal customer of Hyundai due to the superior service quality at the Himgiri delarship.
But my last 2 experiance have been horryfying.
First i got my Car serviced some 2 -3 month ago, during that service inspite of mentioning to change Bulbs and A.c same has not been bothered about. Above this Car was delivered in such a dirty condition as if its not been washed from days together. I put a written complaint but nothing has been done in that regards.
Second i sent my Car with few complaints regarding - Clutch, pickup, Milage, etc.
While clutch has been overhuled but Car was delievered after 2 days just on accout of non availability of some common part and we were not even informed that Cr will take 3 days to get fixed.
Few other complints on this service
1. A.C - A.C was functioning perfectly Ok before sending Car on servicing but when Car came back fromservicing you would not even feel the slighties of Cool Air. I think A.C has stoped functioning and some strange Noice is also coming.
2. Car again Got delievered dirty and muddy showing lack of professionalism on account of Hyundai dealership.
3. Car batthery was completely drained out and we litterally need to push start the Car.
4. Car millage has also gone for a toss.
5 Car is not running smooth but doing missing an engine stoping quiteoften.
6 Clutch - Entire clutch has been over hauled but the Clutch paddle is veru loose.
In short, i do not know if i should be writting this mail since my earlier complaint did not bothered any of the co officials.
