I had sent my santro car (UP 32 CL 2319) for servicing & accidental repairs to SAS HYUNDAI service care on 28.01.11. I had called the manager, Mr. Srivastava several times regarding the job works to be done in the car and was assured that he has got the check list and will see that all the jobs have been completed properly. Earlier they had committed for pick up n drop facility. But later on started saying that as it's an accidental repair the car has to be picked by us. Somehow, the car was delivered to our place on 01.02.11, but the servicing of the car was NOT done and also still having engine misfiring problem. Foot mats were changed and one of the dikki mat is missing.
I had a very bitter experience.
