I have given my car No. WB-20G-2372 in service at Mukesh Hyundai (Chetla Kolkata) on 04/10/10 there was problem in my stearing and they reapired some equipment was changed and I have taken delivery on 06.10.10.At the time of delivery I was waiting for service enginer Mr. Joydeb Das but he was so busy he couldnt attend me. I left the place after 25 minutes nobody attended me I repeatedly informed to your billing people please informed the engineer I want to inform me. After the service I didnt received any call from your service centre how they repaired but previously I used to get courtsey call from them.

On particularly that day when I driven my car there was some some sound which is quite irritating what I have done today I have send my car with my driver to check it out why this sound he met Mr. Joydeb Daa and he informed my driver that this sound from bearing you have to change. I only asked him that why didnt you change on that particular day I would have not harrased and same time I dont have to pay the labour charge two times. This is totally unprofessional way to handle the job I simply asked his manager name and spoken to him he is Mr. Jayanta Lodh he is supporting his collegue he asked me to send the car once more for repair. I am sorry to say that this type of attitude you get from road side mechanic I didnt expect from Mukesh Hyundai. Previously my car was look after by Mr Raj I never faced this type of problem with him. I will think twice to give my car for servicing in Mukesh Hyundai.
